Tim established a background in property working with his family in sales, management and development from a young age. Later, a tertiary education and experience working with a broad range or property organisations and owners benefited Tim greatly before taking on the next challenge – founding COPRAD.

Prior to COPRAD, Tim was a Senior Development Manager in a development consultancy team and gained valuable exposure working with small private land owners, recognised developers, A-REITs, institutions and government clients. This diversified background provided Tim a comprehensive understanding of varying objectives and operations of different clients as well as a widespread contact base. Working predominantly in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland in both metropolitan and regional locations has provided a thorough understanding of different property markets and assisted to develop an ability to overcome project obstacles from dealing with various authorities and stakeholders. Tim has accrued an extensive network of property professionals including developers, investors and consultants.

A strong business acumen, complete dedication to a project and an eagerness to outperform expectations are among the factors which allow Tim to achieve success in the property industry.
